“The service people were very polite and spent time making sure that we understood the system and how it operated.”
Air Conditioning systems are becoming more and more energy efficient with the increase demand on conservation. Don’t keep paying high energy bills for a system with a very poor energy rating. At AbleAir-1, we provide energy saving air conditioners rated between 13 and 21 SEER efficiency which will not only save you money, but will operate more effectively. For a free estimate on a new Air Conditioning system, please let us know and we will have a knowledgeable professional give you a recommendation on a new home comfort system.
Just to keep in mind:
The US Department of Energy (DOE) determined that all new central air conditioners and heat pumps sold in the US must have a minimum of energy efficiency rating of 13 SEER, a 30-percent increase in efficiency relative to previous law. ENERGY STAR qualified Central Air Conditioners must have a SEER of at least 14, and an EER of at least 11 for single package equipment and 11.5 for split systems.
1. SEER is seasonal energy efficiency ratio The SEER is the total cooling output provided by the unit during its normal annual usage compared to the total energy input in watt during the same period. The higher SEER means higher efficiency, think of vehicles one vehicle takes you to your distention using 200 gallon of fuel while the other one being more efficient uses only 120 gallon.
TON is a term used for capacity on air condition, 12000 BTU (British Thermal Unit) is equal to a ton of refrigeration, it takes certain tonnage of refrigeration to cool down a house and it varies from house to house depends on verity of factors.
